As far as Putin, I felt he was actively writing his manifesto sorta. He started with his annexation of Crimea. It took him nearly 8 years to make a bold move. In his mind, I’m not concerned about the west or their allies.
Ignoring allies, NATO, and purely focusing on the U.S., we are so scattered in factions, we essentially can’t intelligently deal with a threat that’s unmistakably United, even if it’s by fear.
At this point, no one will be able to discuss anything with Putin, unless he get what he wants or you meet his demands.
It doesn’t help, an equally off the rail madman is calling Putin a genius. Let a Russian citizen or other call any of our leaders a genius. I bet their fate will be erased. I’m standing by to see what the outcome will be.
As a veteran, there are more to come, I am certain of that.
Learned a lot today, Prof. Hobbs. I love reading about outliers, and Bunche was obviously one.
I also didn’t know about the Budapest Memorandum. Was wondering who was suppose to support Ukraine after they gave up their nukes.
Hard to predict what a madman will do except defy logic 🙃
And defying logic is an excellent prediction and very accurate.
😂
