I do not find her recordings distasteful in the least. As Alito reminds us in it, we ARE all in an existential battle with Alito and his Forces of Darkness and we had best wake up to that harsh reality. We live our lives for our lives, they live to “exist” after they die, so they have no qualms about fighting dirty.
YES! YES! YES!!! Impartiality has been lost and it is getting worse. The one good thing was Alito being exposed to the world. I am sure other members of the court utilize similar improper methods to adjudicate their cases. One of the greatest issues I have with the SCOTUS is the fact that the appointments are for life. There needs to be term limits for ALL offices of government in my opinion.
